Vinamralata offers a simple 3 days exchange request policy to our customers. The customer can raise an exchange request within 48 hours of delivery.
The items should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and tags in place. Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Following product categories fall under “No Exchange” unless there is an inherent damage issue at the time of delivery due to a miss from our quality team.

1. Login to your account and place a return request.

3. Once the product is received by us, store credits of exchanged piece amount will be issued in your bank account / wallet. . These credits can be redeemed against any future purchase from our website.
4. Exchange related to size issue will be entertained once per product.
